2012. Dance-theatre performance for blackbox/auditorium space. Duration: 75 minutes.
Unselfed is a devised performance developed through an exciting collaboration between contemporary dancers and theatre performers, in search of a hybrid movement idiom. The performance explores subjective ideas and propositions of parallel/multiple selves, and experiences of being rendered a non-self. Abandoning conventional linear narratives, the work proposes an evocative landscape of non-stories told through visual-physical segments.
